The film stars Sandler as Nick Spitz, a NYPD police officer eager to reignite the flame with his wife on their trip to Europe. Unfortunately, things don’t go as planned as they agree to join the wealthy and mysterious Charles Cavendish on his family’s superyacht. As you can probably guess from the title, somebody on the yacht is found murdered and it is up to the unlikely spouses to figure out just who has committed this heinous crime.

Schitts Creek is one of those amazing shows that if it wasn’t being streamed on Netflix you’d unfortunately probably never hear of it. The Canadian sitcom follows a formerly wealthy family who loses it all and is forced to move to a rural town tentatively titled Schitts Creek. The riches to rags story is as hilarious as it is thought provoking and it’s stellar cast has won a plethora of awards both in Canada and the United States.
