  • Return shipping is covered by us only if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, didn’t fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, lingerie, or sleepwear.
