- Final sale or clearance items
- Orders shipped outside the 48 continental U.S. states

- If you're returning for any other reason (e.g., didn’t fit, changed your mind) — you are responsible for return shipping

Do you ship internationally?

How do I return my order?
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

- Return shipping is covered by us only if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For all other returns (change of mind, didn’t fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on panties, lingerie, or sleepwear.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from our warehouse.
